Step One: Submit Your Product Information

Respond to your confirmation email or send us an email at hello@chaparraltheory.com. Include a photo of the front and back of your product or a link to the product online. Each consultation allows you to submit one product photo. Please do not send more than one photo, or we will be forced to choose one and respond regarding only that product. If you would like multiple products reviewed, you will need to purchase separate consultations for each product.

Step Two: Provide Skin Health Information

Give us a little more information about your skin health. Let us know if there are any specific concerns you have about ingredients in the product or any ingredients that you would like to know more about.

Step Three: Await Our Response

We will respond within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a complete breakdown of every ingredient in the product, information on how each ingredient is derived, insights on ingredients you might want to avoid based on your skin health history, our personal opinions on ingredients we like and dislike, and recommendations for alternatives to certain ingredients for future products.
