SHIPPING
We offer $9.99 flat rate shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive in the US. We also offer priority flat rate shipping at $24.99 which arrives in 1-3 business days in the US. We offer free shipping on orders over $200 to the United States.
We offer free shipping to the United States on orders over $200.
Processing times are typically 1-2 business days but can take longer if it's the holiday season or we're running a sale and seeing an influx of orders. Orders ship out on all weekdays.
We use USPS.
We currently offer international shipping to Canada only.
Yes. You will receive an email when we have packaged and created a shipping label for your order, in that email you will receive the tracking number.
Please reach out to us at hello@chaparraltheory.com if your order is damaged in transit and we can file a claim for you. If your order is slow to arrive or seems to be lost in the mail (tracking isn't updating) please email us and we will be able to file a claim. Keep in mind with slow to arrive or missing packages we need to wait 20 days to file a claim per USPS.
Yes! Priority mail arrives in 1-23 business days rather than the usual 3-5. You'll see an option to select this at checkout. It'd a flat rate of $24.99

Yes.
Refunds & Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. They are given on a case by case basis. We do not accept returns due to melting or slight smell/color variations (which is normal with natural products).

Used products need to be of minimal to reasonable use in order to be accepted.
We will send you a return label by email to have you ship back your product. When we receive your returned product we will issue the refund. Refunds can take 2-5 business days to show up in your bank account (this is dependent on your bank.)

For damaged items we will file a claim with USPS. This takes 2-7 business days and will result in a full refund plus shipping costs.
We do not offer refunds on melted items. We encourage you to buy tallow balms and other sensitive items during cooler seasons. We do everything we can to make sure your items don't melt in transit but this is often out of our control.
There is a $12 processing, restocking, and insurance fee associated with refunds which will be deducted from the original refund amount.
